About Us

Providing home and office deliveries of local organic fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, beef, fish, pork, lamb, bread, soup, soap, and more.

Environment

  • We aim to to foster sustainability in the Pioneer Valley by delivering fresh, local, organic foods from a bio-fueled truck.
  • We want to help our members to make healthy, sustainable choices and to support local farmers and producers.
  • We minimize packaging of products and use re-usable materials whenever possible.

People

  • For our products that are not local, we choose fairly traded, organic products, such as Indigo Coffee's line of fair trade, organic coffees, Good For You Teas, and Emmet's Essentials beauty products.
  • As we expand, we intend to operate in a collective model.

Community

  • Our business model is inherently community based. We strive to support many different businesses in our community from farmers to bakers to other small business people.
  • Our owner organizes a gleaning program through Rachel's Table to harvest produce from farms that would go to waste and donate it to shelters.
  • To date, they have donated over 10,000 lbs of healthy fruits and vegetables to shelters and food pantries in Hampshire and Hampden counties. The program works with local youth to teach them about hunger issues, farming and food, and community service.

Animals & Wildlife

  • Our farmers use fair and ethical treatment of their animals. The animals are free-range and are not treated with hormones or other chemicals.
  • We also offer vegetarian and vegan foods.

Fruit/vegetable basket is inexpensive and usually mostly organic.
