Crescent Moon Farm raises 100% grass fed lamb. Our lambs spend their entire lives grazing with their mothers on our farm in Belchertown, consuming only their mother’s milk, high quality hay and grass from our pastures. Because we choose to raise our lambs this way, their meat is remarkably delicious and nutritious, and our way of farming is humane and in harmony with the land.

Our lambs are raised locally by our family.

We often donate lamb for non-profit fundraisers, including Amherst Family Outreach, the Common School, Leverett Elementary and the Ashmont Nursery School in Dorchester.

We raise our lambs humanely - they spend their lives on the pasture with their mothers. Our 54 acres of land supports many animal habitats and we are working with the Farm Service Agency on conservation planning.
