Springfield Technical Community College seeks three Part-Time Academic Advisors. The Academic Advisor will have the responsibility of working with incoming students to develop Educational Plans based on entering academic assessment and student career goals. This is 18.5 hours per week, day position with some evenings and weekend hours. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors degree, Master’s degree preferred in education, counseling or related discipline. Demonstrated experience in proactive advising and career counseling. Experience as postsecondary faculty or student services staff preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Word and Excel strongly preferred.
