About Us

The Blue House Café offers homemade wholesome food, baked goods and specialty coffees in a cozy atmosphere. We serve breakfast and lunch all day, every day, with a menu of American and international vegetarian cuisine made with local and organic ingredients. Local musicians perform here Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

Environment

  • Our commitment to sustainability reaches all aspects of our business. Most obvious is our emphasis on local and organic ingredients.

People

  • We use fair trade coffee, teas, chocolate and bananas.

Community

  • A portion of the proceeds from our Hampshire County Coffee Blend go to local nonprofits that promote sustainability, conservation and self-reliance.

Animals & Wildlife

Very nice locally made castile soap. A bit like Dr. Bronner's but not quite as thick.

They have a small but excellent prepared foods section with many macrobiotic and vegan options. The buffalo tofu is the best!
