Open Square is zero net energy mixed-use urban community of businesses in the heart of Holyoke's Innovation District. Open Square offers beautifully designed, attractively priced office space, weddings and corporate events, photo and video shoots, artisan/artist studios, retail shops, light manufacturing, warehouse/storage needs, as well as future residential live/work lofts.
Environment
- We produce 1/2 megawatt of electricity with two small hydro generators. We create more energy than we use and are therefore, zero net energy.

Very nice locally made castile soap. A bit like Dr. Bronner's but not quite as thick.

They have a small but excellent prepared foods section with many macrobiotic and vegan options. The buffalo tofu is the best!
